Carrier Tape

•8~104mm PC&PS&PET materials, there are materials of electrical conductivity (anti-static) and non-conductive; color; transparent/black; there aremany existing molds of conventional universal components

•And according to the work piece samples provided by the customers, the applicable carrier tapes with the precise sizes can be designed, in line with the E1A-481 Criteria.

 

•PET carrier tapes can be processed into molding with precise sizes, including ordinary type and anti-static type; we can design the appropriate mold according to the customer's product,our finished machine can be up to a depth of 35mm and our molding process has reached a quite mature state after years of accumulation, and our product quality fully meets the requirements of customers.  PET material is generally used for connectors,mobile phone antennas,thimbles and other carrier tapes with a big depth of molding, and its hardness after processing and molding is superior to the carrier tape made of other materials.
